1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Calculatry.com ("the Site"), operated by Tenslor Inc. ("Tenslor," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Description of Service
Calculatry provides free, browser-based calculation tools covering finance, health, math, and everyday topics. Results generated by our calculators are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional financial, legal, medical, or other regulated advice.
3. No Professional Advice
The calculators and AI assistant on Calculatry are general-purpose tools. Results are estimates based on the inputs you provide and standard formulas. They may not account for individual circumstances, local regulations, tax laws, or other factors relevant to your specific situation.
You should always consult a qualified professional, such as a licensed financial advisor, physician, attorney, or accountant, before making decisions based on calculator results. Tenslor Inc. is not liable for any decisions made in reliance on information provided by the Site.
4. Permitted Use
You may use Calculatry for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Site
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Site's code or infrastructure
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law
- Transmit any material that is harmful, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable

All content on Calculatry, including text, graphics, logos, calculator designs, and editorial content, is the property of Tenslor Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Calculatry name and logo are trademarks of Tenslor Inc. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license to use our intellectual property without prior written permission.
6. AI Assistant
The "Ask AI Instead" feature uses large language model technology to interpret your questions and provide estimates. AI responses are generated automatically and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. We make no representations about the accuracy of AI-generated responses, and they should not be treated as authoritative or professional advice.
7. Accuracy of Calculator Results
We make reasonable efforts to ensure our calculators use accurate formulas and produce correct results. However, results depend entirely on the inputs you provide, and even correct inputs may produce results that differ from real-world outcomes due to simplifying assumptions. We do not warrant that results are complete, current, or error-free.
